SHIPPING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for shopping with The Baddie Zone. We partner with Shiprocket, India’s leading logistics aggregator, to deliver your orders quickly and safely across the country.
1. Shipping coverage
We currently ship to addresses within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and Indian public holidays).
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is dispatched, along with a tracking link via Shiprocket.
3. Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Metro & major cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier‑2/3 cities and other locations: 4–7 business days
- Remote/NOR (Non‑Serviceable) areas: 7–10 business days or may require alternate pickup options via Shiprocket

4. Shipping charges
- Standard shipping may be free on orders above a specified amount (as shown on the product/cart page).
- On orders below the free‑shipping threshold, a **nominal shipping charge** will be applied at checkout, based on weight, destination, and Shiprocket rates. [thebaddiezone]
- Exact shipping charges will be displayed before you confirm your order.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking ID and
- A Tracking link (via email/SMS/WhatsApp) powered by Shiprocket

6. Order cancellation (before shipment)
You may cancel your order free of charge if:
- It is still not shipped, and
- You request cancellation before dispatch
To cancel:
1. Contact us immediately via:

2. Provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
Once we confirm cancellation:
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

7. Orders already shipped
If your order has already been shipped via Shiprocket:
- You cannot cancel the order directly.
- You may:
- Refuse acceptance of the parcel at the time of delivery (it will be returned to us), or
- Accept the delivery and then request an exchange under our Return & Exchange Policy (where applicable).
For refused or returned shipments:
- A refund of the product value will be processed, after deducting any applicable shipping and return shipping charges, as per our policy and Indian consumer law.
8. Failed delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
In cases of:
- Customer not available at the time of delivery
- Wrong or incomplete address
- Customer refusing the parcel
Shiprocket may mark the order as **RTO (Return to Origin)**. In such cases:
- We will attempt to reconnect with you to confirm if you still want the order.
- If the order is returned to us, we may:
- Reship the item (if you confirm), or
- Process a refund after deducting **shipping and RTO charges** as per our policy and Shiprocket terms.
9. Delayed or lost shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or marked as lost:
- Contact us with your **Order ID**.
- We will initiate a trace with **Shiprocket** and update you within 3–5 business days.
- If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will either:
- Reship the item free of charge, or
- Issue a full refund for the product value (excluding shipping, unless otherwise required by law).
10. Address corrections
Please ensure your **shipping address and phone number** are correct at checkout. If you need to correct your address after placing the order:
- Contact us **immediately** via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID and updated address.
- If the order has not yet been handed to the courier, we may update the address.
- If already shipped, address changes will depend on Shiprocket’s ability to reroute the parcel, and additional charges may apply.
11. Customs, duties, and taxes
For orders within India:
- All applicable GST and taxes are included in the price shown at checkout.
- No additional customs or duties apply for domestic shipments.
