RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY.

Thank you for shopping with The Baddie Zone. We want you to love what you buy, so we have a transparent exchange‑only policy for eligible products, with specific exclusions for hygiene and safety reasons.

1. General policy overview

  • We follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy for all orders, except in cases of wrong, damaged, or defective products as required under Indian consumer law.jurigram+1

  • For eligible products, we offer a 7‑day exchange policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions listed below.

2. Products eligible for exchange

Only the following items are eligible for exchange:

  • Apparel (for example: tops, t‑shirts, hoodies, bottoms, dresses, etc.), unless specifically marked as “Non‑exchangeable” on the product page.

To be eligible for exchange, the item must:

  • Be requested for exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Have all original tags, labels, protective covers, and original packaging intact.

  • Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, and any signs of wear.

If these conditions are not met, the exchange request may be rejected at our sole discretion.

3. Non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following categories are strictly non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable:

  • Bandanas

  • Jewellery / Accessories (earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, body jewellery, etc.)

  • Personal utility items (for example: innerwear, socks, beauty tools, personal hygiene accessories, or any item marked as “Personal Use Only”).

These products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are received in a damaged condition or the wrong product is delivered, in which case we will assess and resolve the issue as per Section 5 below, in line with consumer protection rules.

4. Size and style exchanges (Apparel only)

For eligible apparel, you may request an exchange in the following cases:

  • Size exchange: If the size does not fit, you can exchange for a different available size of the same product.

  • Same‑product exchange: Exchanges are allowed only for the same product (same style) in a different size or, in some cases, different color, subject to stock availability.

We do not provide:

  • Cash refunds or transfer to bank/UPI/wallet for size or preference issues.

  • Exchanges for a different product or design (no cross‑product exchanges).

If the requested size/color is not available, we may offer:

  • A store credit or coupon for the product value (excluding shipping), or

  • An alternative resolution at our discretion, in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Wrong, defective, or damaged products

We take quality checks seriously, but if you receive:

  • A wrong product,

  • A defective item, or

  • A damaged item on delivery,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos and/or unboxing video showing the issue and the outer packaging

  • Description of the problem

In such cases, as required by Indian consumer law, we cannot refuse to take back genuinely defective or wrong items and will offer one of the following, after verification:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

  • Exchange for another size of the same product, or

  • Refund / store credit, where replacement is not possible.

Our team will review and confirm whether the issue falls under manufacturing defect / transit damage or mismatch from the product description.

6. How to request an exchange

To request an exchange for eligible apparel:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via:

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Name and contact number

    • Order ID and product name

    • Reason for exchange (size issue, other)

    • Clear photos of the item (front, back, tags)

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm:

    • Exchange eligibility

    • Exchange option (size/color availability)

    • Pickup / shipping instructions

Please do not ship any item back without receiving confirmation and instructions from our team, as unapproved returns may be refused.

7. Shipping for exchanges

  • In most cases, customers are required to bear the courier/shipping charges for sending the product back for size or preference‑based exchanges, unless otherwise mentioned in a specific offer.

  • For wrong, defective, or damaged products confirmed by us, we may arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse reasonable shipping charges, subject to proof and our policy at the time.

If reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, you may be asked to self‑ship the item to a provided address with proper packaging.

8. Condition verification and rejection

After we receive the product for exchange:

  • Our quality check team will inspect the item.

  • If the item passes quality checks and meets all conditions, the exchange (or store credit) will be processed within a reasonable time.

  • If the product fails quality checks (used, washed, damaged, smells of perfume, missing tags, etc.), the exchange may be rejected, and the same item will be shipped back to you without any exchange or refund.

9. No return / refund for change of mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • You do not like the product style/print/colour in person (when the product matches the website description and images within reasonable limits).

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings or lighting in photos.

However, we will always comply with applicable consumer laws where the product is defective, deficient, or materially different from what was advertised.

10. Policy changes

We may update or modify this Return & Exchange Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or applicable laws.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and the version in force at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that order, subject to legal requirements.
